How Mekounone was founded and our commitment to clean care

Several years ago, we realized how much standard ear hygiene was mistakenly focused on rigid cotton swabs that often do more harm than good. The mass market offered either aggressive alcohol sprays or low-quality plastic earplugs that pinch after just ten minutes of wear. We wanted something completely different: simple, natural products that feel gentle like a soothing skincare oil, yet with carefully selected ingredients of proven quality.

In our small team in Čačak, we focused on two things that make a real difference in daily life: natural plant oils of pharmaceutical purity and earplugs made of soft medical-grade silicone. Instead of importing cheap ready-made blends, we select cold-pressed almond oil and oil-based chamomile cellular care and protection, packaging every batch in dark borosilicate glass that preserves freshness from the first day to the last.

As a local family business, we believe in dealing honestly with every customer, with no hidden costs and no exaggerated promises. We personally inspect every package before handing it to the courier at Bulevar Tanaska Rajića 11 in Čačak, and if you are not satisfied, you have 30 days to return unused items.
