Mekounone d.o.o. ("Mekounone") manages personal data of visitors at mekounone.shop. Here we clearly explain what data we collect, for what purpose, how long it is retained, who can view it, and what rights you can exercise.

Why do we ask for specific details during purchase? To deliver delicate ear care products safely, we need your first name, last name, delivery address, email address, phone number, and an overview of the items purchased. We never store or record your payment card numbers on this website. When you visit, the site logs technical parameters such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, as described in the cookie section below.

The delivery service receives only the details necessary to deliver the parcel. The payment processor receives the information required to process the payment. Server and analytics providers maintain the system under strict contractual agreements. We never sell your personal data to anyone.
Personal data is never sold to third parties or transferred for commercial purposes without a legal basis, in full compliance with the privacy regulations of the Republic of Serbia. CCPA and CPRA rules are not applicable to operations on the Serbian market.
7. How long data is retained
We retain order records for the exact duration required by accounting regulations, after which they are permanently deleted. We keep user account data until you choose to delete your account. Statistical analytics records are kept for 14 months.
8. Your rights
The customer has the right to access personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia. The request is submitted in writing to the data protection officer.
9. Security
Mekounone does not process, transmit, or store payment card data. Payment is made exclusively in cash on delivery upon receipt from the courier or by direct transfer to our commercial bank account based on payment instructions; cash on delivery is fully exempt from additional processing fees.
