These general terms govern every purchase made on the mekounone.shop website, operated by Mekounone d.o.o.. By completing an order, you agree to these terms. We recommend reading them alongside our guidelines on delivery, product returns, and privacy protection.

2. The goods
The range includes cosmetic solutions for regular ear canal hygiene and dietary supplements based on herbal cellular care and protection designed for everyday comfort and general vitality. The page for each item describes in detail what is included in the package, in what quantity, and what material it is made of. Images serve as a visual representation, so the actual packaging may vary slightly.
3. Ordering and contract
Your order is considered placed the moment you complete the purchase on the site. You will receive a confirmation by email, while the contract itself becomes effective the moment we hand the package over to the postal service or courier. We reserve the right to decline an order if stock runs out or if the information cannot be verified, in which case we immediately refund the entire amount paid.
4. Prices and payment
All listed prices are stated in RSD and include value added tax where applicable. The exact shipping cost will be shown before completing the order. Available payment options are: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. In the event of an obvious error in the displayed price, we reserve the right to correct it before dispatch, giving you the choice to confirm or cancel the purchase.
5. Delivery
How does parcel shipping work? Full details regarding delivery times and costs are described in the Delivery and Payment section. Responsibility for the condition of the shipment passes to you the moment you receive the package from the courier.
6. Product images and colours
Do items look the same as in the photos? We show actual products, but phone or computer screens display light differently from room lighting, so a slight difference in shade is not a defect or a basis for a free refund. We state exact dimensions, oil ingredients, and the type of medical grade silicone on each item page.
7. Transfer of risk
Who looks after the shipment on its way to you? We take full responsibility for the package until the courier hands it to you in person at the specified address. From that point on, the risk passes to you. If you notice external damage to the box, report it to the courier and to us within 48 hours.
8. Returns and warranty
What if you want to return a product? You can send unused and unopened items back in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt, as stated on the returns page. The merchant guarantees the conformity of the goods in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia for two years from the date the risk passes to the consumer, with proof of purchase provided.
- Ear care drops and solutions with an opened factory seal or torn protective film
- Dietary supplements in bottles or blister packs that have been opened after delivery due to sanitary reasons
- Products customized to individual consumer specifications
- Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other substances or liquids after delivery
- Goods that have a short shelf life and have been opened and exposed to adverse external conditions
9. Liability
The seller's maximum liability to the buyer for any claims is limited to the amount paid by the buyer for the disputed item, up to a maximum amount of 12.000 дин. Our terms in no way diminish the liabilities that the law explicitly mandates and does not permit to be excluded.
10. Age and use
Who is eligible to make a purchase? You must be at least 18 years old to order products. Apply all preparations according to the instructions on the packaging, as gentle ear hygiene is not a substitute for an examination and daily body support advice.
11. Governing law and disputes
Substantive law of the Republic of Serbia applies to all disputes, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Republic of Serbia. If we do not resolve an eventual dispute by mutual agreement, jurisdiction belongs to the court of the seller's registered seat, while your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence remain protected.
